TENCONIC Co., Ltd. (“TENCONIC”) respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Korean version governs in the event of a discrepancy.

We process information to receive private beta applications, assess user fit, provide selection and access notices, share product updates, and respond to application-related inquiries.

Required information includes your email address, individual or team usage, current paid AI plan usage, and consent timestamp. Access logs, IP address, browser, and device information may be generated automatically for security and service stability.
3. Retention
Application information is retained for two years from application or until the beta ends, whichever comes first. We delete it promptly when you withdraw consent or request deletion, unless retention is required by law.
4. Third-party sharing
We do not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent, except where applicable law specifically permits or requires it.
5. Service providers
We may use cloud and hosting infrastructure to operate the website, store data, and maintain service stability. We supervise providers as required by applicable law and disclose material changes to processing arrangements through this Policy.
6. Deletion
Information is deleted promptly when its retention period expires or its purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted using methods designed to prevent recovery.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent by contacting founder@tenconic.ai.
8. Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access minimization, access controls, transmission protection, log management, and periodic reviews.
