Terms of Use
These terms govern the TENCONIC website and private beta application. This website does not currently sell paid products or process payments. The Korean version governs in the event of a discrepancy.
1. Purpose
These Terms set out the rights and responsibilities between TENCONIC Co., Ltd. (“TENCONIC”) and users of the website and related services.
2. Changes
These Terms take effect when posted. TENCONIC may amend them in compliance with applicable law and will provide advance notice of material changes.
3. Service
TENCONIC provides product information, private beta applications, participation notices, and inquiry channels. Beta features and availability may change during development.
4. Beta applications
Applicants must provide accurate information. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection or access. TENCONIC may select participants based on product fit and operational capacity.
5. User obligations
Users must not impersonate others, submit false information, interfere with normal operation, probe security vulnerabilities, send excessive automated requests, or violate applicable law.
6. Changes and suspension
TENCONIC may modify or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons and will provide advance notice where reasonably possible.
7. Intellectual property
Names, logos, copy, designs, software, and content belong to TENCONIC or their respective rights holders and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
8. Beta feedback
Voluntary feedback may be used to improve the service. Work materials or personal information will not be used for promotion or unrelated purposes without separate consent.
9. Liability
Beta features may change or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, TENCONIC is not liable for free beta changes, interruptions, or losses caused by a user. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Unresolved disputes are submitted to a court with jurisdiction under Korean civil procedure law.
